William E Shields is a photographer and artist who lives in Seattle. His latest project, Commercial Core, is a series of small color photo books examining the people of downtown Seattle. On Tuesday, February 25th he will be releasing volume 2 of Commercial Core at Vermillion. Copies of volume 2 will be for sale, accompanied by a slideshow/video of images from the current and forthcoming volumes of Commercial Core. His work can be viewed at www.weshields.com
