Seattle’s Number One Holiday Surfin’ Band!Dancer & Prancer formed about several years ago when four young men (Ian on guitar, Pete on drums, Bryan on bass, Dean on guitar) met while waiting in line to meet Santa at Macys. Bonding over their mutual love of Christmas and rock n roll, they realized what better way to spread the joy of the season than playing instrumental surf versions of holiday classics? Word spread quickly and our boys soon found their act to be “in demand” at clubs and Christmas parties from Tacoma to Bellingham, and all points in-between. Everywhere they played, crowds shook their belly like a bowl full of jelly to such stompin’ hits as “Jingle Bell Rock” and “Frosty the Snow-man”, while slower numbers like “Oh Holy Night” brought a tear to more than a few wondering eyes.
