#CapHillPSA represents one small contribution to a larger community conversation about public safety and violence in Capitol Hill.

Artists from across a range of disciplines designed posters that reflect their personal experiences and perspectives on change in the neighborhood.

The posters were distributed in two waves throughout the Pike/Pine corridor and along 12th Ave in late January and February. Several other designs were shared online as well.

We are bringing together all of the posters and many of the artists for an exhibition of the complete project at Vermillion.

We like to take this opportunity to thanks all the artists that contributed and to Northwest Polite Society for being our partner in printing, posting and promoting this campaign.

Special acknowledgment to Kenneth McCarty, who although being a highly sought after graphic designer, donated his time and service to assist this campaign in making sure all the images were prepared to print and to be posted.

Show runs through March 7, 2015
