handtopaper-slideshowIf you’ve passed by the gallery this week you may have seen Marianne Goldin dutifully working on her mural on the north wall of the gallery. Marianne is one of three artists for our next show that opens this Friday: “Hand To Paper”. She’s showing figurative work done with ink and watercolor on paper. Here’s her Flickr page: http://www.flickr.com/photos/mariannegoldin/

Rick Linville worked in Sharpie™, as well as ink, pastel and graphite and produced a large body of work before he passed away earlier this year. We’re showing 21 original pieces in honor of this greatly missed emerging talent.

Josh Slater lives in Brooklyn and has graced us with some truly weird, but way-cool, art. He has a blog HERE (newslaterart.blogspot.com/). Here’s his official artists statement: “You can’t always tell from the outside what fruit has gone rotten.”

PWRFL POWER and Dennis Driscoll are playing great music for the opening. PWRFL POWER is a Japanese International Student / Singer-songwriter who charmed the pants off the crowd at the Capitol Hill Block party. Dennis is on K records.
